I have all their music and this is as wonderful and as relaxing as all the others. I've seen these young ladies perform live and their music and performance does not disappoint. Danny Boy and Water is Wide are both stellar. I could listen to them and watch them perform all day and never grow tired of it.

Best yet! Make sure your roof is firmly attached, then crank the volume on your sound system and sit back and enjoy. These ladies are certainly capable of blowing the roof off the joint, so be warned... :)

Great follow up to their "Story Girl" album. The six original tunes on Compass are wonderfully evocative combining classical elements and traditional celtic musical influences. The cover songs such as "Danny Boy" and the "Call and the Answer" are top rate!!

Finally got see The Gothard Sisters live at the Annapolis Irish Festival. As expected they were terrific, but what really stood out was their overall stage presence which was VERY polished. After the set had them autograph the Compass CD, Greta Gothard said there was a definite Nordic influence in their overall Celtic Music presentation. If you get a chance to see them live you WILL be impressed!
